Just a Thought

Tuesday, October 25th, 4 miles on Eliptical (33 min = 8.25 min mile) and 1 mile cooldown walk on treadmill. Taking it easy, getting ready for Saturaday!!! The Halloween Half Marathon in Provo!

Went to Macey's last night to pick up some snacks for upcoming swim meet. Picked up a package of sweet rolls. mmmmmmm my favorite! Do they count in the "carb loading" theory?
