I waited until 8:40 pm to run tonight. I thought that if I waited until later in the evening, it would get cooler. I was wrong. My evening run---- 40 minutes, 3 miles, and 8 ounces of Powerade resulted in a killer headache from outer space!!! When I got back to my car at 9:22 pm, it was still 80 freaking DEGREES!!!
Note to self.....get your fanny out of bed early in the morning!
